If FMF/KTM's Kurt Caselli wants to keep his title as AMA Racing/Kenda National Hare & Hound Champion after missing two rounds to injury earlier this year, his job is pretty simple: win each remaining race and hope points leader David Pearson finishes third or worse. Caselli did his job, running away with the win at the So Cal Motorcycle Club's National--round eight of nine in the series--and thus chopping Pearson's points lead from 13 to eight with only the finale in two weeks to go.
