Three executives of the US Highland Motorcycle company tragically lost their lives this past Saturday near Tulsa, Oklahoma when they plane they were flying in crashed. Chase Bales, Damian Riddoch, and Mats Malmberg were all partners in US Highland and were the only three aboard the plane. Bales, the COO and co-owner of the company was piloting the plane, and reported over the aircraft’s radio that they were low on fuel just before the plane crashed. Many of you may remember that US Highland made their GNCC racing debut this year at the Florida GNCC with a bike ridden by Jakob Morehed (not aboard the plane).
