Instructions:

Using your iPhone: Click on the iPhone wallpaper you’d like to add. It will open in a new window. Then click and hold on the image and hit Save. Go to the home screen and navigate to your Photos. Select the image in your photos, click the arrow in the lower left corner and click Use as Wallpaper.

Using your computer: Save image to your desktop, then email it to yourself. Open the email on your iPhone and click and hold on the image and hit Save. Go to the home screen and navigate to your Photos. Select the image in your photos, click the arrow in the lower left corner and click Use as Wallpaper.
